I have been making pots for almost twenty years. Some years, I made a lot and some years, hardly any. Between day jobs, at night, on weekends, and during children’s naps, I made pots. A couple of years ago I started dedicating more time and effort to finding my voice in clay and my work reflects that process. It is about the relationships between form, color, balance, tension, texture, and function. My goal is that it is expressive, beautiful, and enjoyable to hold and use!
